- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation to obtain a firm fixed price repair contract to repair the Yig-Fom in support of the ALQ-172. BEQ Qty: 45 ea, Noun: YIG-FOM, NSN: 5895-01-259-8124EW, P/N: 8170075-00; Condemnation Line Item; BEQ Qty: 1 LT: DATA; Option I & Option II: BEQ Qty: 30 ea, Noun: YIG-FOM, NSN: 5895-01-259-8124EW, P/N: 8170075-00; Government’s required delivery is 45 days ARO. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to TELEDYNE MICROWAVE, 1274 TERRA BELLA AVENUE, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA 94043 (Cage Code 24022) under the authority of 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
