- The 55th Contracting Squadron will issue a solicitation for Bus Services to transport personnel from Offutt AFB, NE to Lincoln Municipal Airport. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 485510 and the small business size standard is $6.0M. The solicitation number, FA4600-06-R-0007, will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at http://www.fbo.gov. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsible small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the FBO website to DoD, USAF Offices, Air Combat Command locations, 55 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and fax your quote in. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 31 January 2006, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). Telephone and fax requests will not be honored.
