- Description The NSF intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are required to submit the RFQ Combo Posting as their quote. This procurement is an open market solicitation. This proposal is consider the RFQ COMBO, if interested please submit. SEE THE RFQ COMBO WITH THE SOW (Product or Service Description) BELOW. The Vendor shall submit a copy of their quote in email (mjones@nsf.gov) or fax 703-292-9140.
