- This is modification 1 to the synopsis entitled Automation, Robotics & Simulation Division Engineering Services: NNJ06HC39L which was posted on March 15, 2006. You are notified that the following changes are made: In the sources sought notice the following is stated: "No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps and on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service. It is the potential offeror?s responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis." The above statement is hereby deleted & replaced with the following: "No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The Government plans to procure these requirements through the General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Engineeering Schedule (PES), Schedule Number 871 and in doing so no solicitation will be released in FedBizOps or on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service. The requirements are currently being fulfilled through contract NAS9-02028 with the Titan Corporation. The current contract is an IDIQ delivery order contract that is estimated to reach its maximum value by April 2007. The due date for responses is extended unitl April 5, 2006. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/JSC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=73 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
