Print Covers 1 ? 4, or any combination thereof & spine in one (1) or two (2) ink colors. Covers 1 & 4 flood gloss varnish. Text prints one (1) side only, head-to-head, head-to-foot, or head-to-side in a single ink color. Binding options include: looseleaf, saddle-stitch, or perfect-bind. Fold-ins, tab-dividers, &/or drilling may be required. Operations include electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, mailing and distribution. Quality Level 3. Bid opening March 31, 2006.
