- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease between 39,500 to 40,000 BOMA rentable square feet of office space within the Central Employment Area (CEA) of Washington, DC. This space should yield a minimum of 34,404 BOMA usable square feet. Reserved parking is required for twenty (20) vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years firm and should be fully serviced. The space is intended to be occupied by the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, a quasi-judicial tribunal whose judges will resolve disputes between Government agencies and their contractors. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 31, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
