- Document capture system (dcs) process research and development, the contractor shall provide services for process research and development as well as support in the captiva inputaccel process definition at the fbi headquarters document conversion laboratory. These processes shall be the basis for modular fielding of additional document capture systems at various fbi locations. The contractor will perform systems engineering activities required to perform an analysis of the current fbi processes in comparison with best business practices used in conjunction with captiva's inputaccel software suite for image capture and processing.
