- CNAP is looking for a solution to improve the capability of the SCR, SCR Control Room, and Admiral?s conference room within Bldg 8 of NAS North Island base. The following is a list of capabilities we are requesting: Capabilities Needed for SCR and Admiral?s Conference Room: The contractor will perform all additional electrical work and/or wall repairs. Request both SCR and Admiral?s Cabin systems to be alike, with the same capabilities. - Move the 3 modems, Madge 60, 1 telephone line/PRI line, that is currently located in the closet directly across from the SCR. - Improve the layout in the backroom - Require a cooling system for the backroom of the SCR - Request as built of both systems - Program and access codes for all equipment that requires codes - Request Visual Concert - The ability to project both locally and distant, views and images from Video sources and include audio where it is applicable. Current sources include camera 1 view, camera 2 views, document camera, Cable TV, DVD media, VHS tapes, Network and stand-alone computers both Secure and Unclassified. - Record non-secure VTC to a hard drive, then copy to CD/DVD - The ability for the VTC operator to simultaneously view/preview local camera's 1 and 2 video, local/distant cameras view even while we project power point. Capable of selecting and A/V source VIEW while it remains hidden to all others until such time as i send a selected view to either local end only or both local and distant site(s). - Replace Rear monitors with LCD flat panel monitors - Rear monitors turned on and off from operator touch panel control only when desired. (Desire this to be functional on all control devices implemented to this system). - Request move existing monitor from SCR control room to front SCR room for second display device ? dual view capability - The ability to control Front and Rear Volume Controls Independently. - Conference Room Audio Monitoring volume control. - Preview audio volume control - Master Volume Control (Amplifier Volume Control) - Room Monitoring Volume Control - VTC operator has "fade" control between local and distant sites with each being heard Independently and simultaneously, both via room monitor speaker and VTC operator's headset. - Basic and full operational control for wireless AMX or like item, selectable from wired (AMX) or like item, Control device by VTC operator. - Fully integrated with automation driven Icons, i.e. when the Control devices is awakened from "sleep" by touching any portion of the control display, when a source is selected such as VTC, - The projector powers up and blossoms up to the VTC default screen unless other video source is selected before the blossoming of the projector screen. - The conference room microphones sensitivity/levels are fixed and not VTC Operator adjustable. - The conference room Master Volume level defaults to a predetermined (with customer VTC operator input) All other volume controls located on the wired and wireless control panels default to Optimum volume levels as well. Feedback indicators present for all functions selected on all screen present and available to the VTC Operator. All audio level visual feedback remains constant unless speaker MUTE icon selected. At that time, the level bar disappears (flashing un-muted volume is preferred). Other volume controls (also with visual feedback) include; - Front Room Speakers control - Rear Room Speaker control - * Conference Room Audio Monitoring level control - * Preview Source audio level control VTC Operator use only functions 1. Wireless AMX ? can be any current brand, need 12? screen 2. Can use electronic A/B switches Request per call proposal for the maintenance of the following VTC conference rooms: Bldg 8 ? Staff Conference Room ? 2nd deck Bldg 8 ? Admiral Conference Room ? 2nd deck Bldg 8 - Admiral VTC desktop ? 2nd deck Bldg 8C ? N61 VTC Conference Room ? 1st deck Bldg 11 ?
