- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City has a requirement for contractor support to assemble and pack one (1) OK 520/SQQ 32 Sonar Winch Modernization Kit for use on MCM-7. Specifically, Contractor support is required to prepare a ?kit? of materials that includes, Government Furnished Material, items that are listed on the Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs), items that are known as being used during installation but do not appear on the SIDs, and consumables (which also do not appear on the SIDs or any other materials list). The implementation of Ship-Alt 302K (SA302K): OK-520 Winch Modernization (SCD 1003) is scheduled to start 26 July 2006 in Sasebo, Japan. For installations in Japan, it is required by the Ship Repair Facility that the OK 520/SQQ 32 sonar winch modernization kit, with appropriate markings, be delivered to NSWC PC no later than 17 May 2006.
