- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to issue a sole source contract to G&H Technologies (G&H), 750 West Ventura Boulevard, Camarillo, CA, to provide seventy-two (72) redesigned AN/SQQ-32(V) Hull Penetrator Cables (PN: 1095-2000-001) to support Government field installations of same aboard 14 MCM-1 Class Ships. This procurement also includes eight (8) options to provide an additional ninety-six (96) Hull Penetrator Cables. This procurement is sole source for the following reasons. The redesigned Hull Penetrator Cable drawings are proprietary to G&H Technologies. G&H has passed all required vendor and product qualification tests and is the only approved source for the redesigned cables. Expeditious delivery is required to support accelerated Government installation schedule. NAICS code is 335929, FSC code is 5995, SBA size standard is 1000 employees.
