- The U. S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center/GovWorks, on behalf of Army Broadcasting Service, Alexandria, VA, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Anystream Inc., of Sterling, VA . Specifically, Army Broadcasting Service has the need for licensing and support for Agility CE software for their programming and services to transmit news, command information, program and emergency broadcast warnings to US Forces and family members in Korea. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 2:00 p.m. EST March 29, 2006 will be considered by the Government.
