PRON: AX6F0174AX, NSN: 1680-01-242-9186, PN: 70301-01033-046, Quantity: Min: 164 each, Max: 764 each, 5 year IDIQ, applicable to the UH-60. FOB Destination, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The required delivery with First Article Test is 20 eac h, 415 days after contract award (DACA). The required delivery without FAT is 20 each, 258 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. law, participa tion in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Business, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
