- Description
- 1-1. The Wyoming Army National Guard (WY ARNG) Mobile Medical Surveillance Examination/Occupational Health Services Program. This contract is a non-personal health care services contract, as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 37.101, un der which the contractor is an independent contractor. The Government may evaluate the quality of professional and administrative services provided, but retain no control over the medical professional aspects services rendered (e.g., treatment, etc). The contractor will provide all labor, tools, supervision and supplies to conduct mobile medical surveillance/occupational health services for the Wyoming Army Guard. The contractor is required to indemnify omission by the contractor, its employees and agent s during contract performance. The contractor is also required to maintain medical liability insurance in accordance with the clause at FAR 52.237-7 entitled Indemnification and Medical Liability Insurance and insure that its subcontracts for provisions o f health care services contain the requirements of the clause at FAR 52.237.7. This is a 100% small business set aside acquisition. The North American Industrial Classification is 621999 and the small business size standard is $9 Million in annual receipts averaged over the past three years. The project mag nitude for this service acquisition is $25,000 to $100,000.
