Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of SIERRA MASS FLOW CONTROLLERS AS FOLLOWS: P/N: 840L-2-0V1-D-V1-S1 (0-10CC), QUANTITY - 10 EAC H; P/N: 840L-2-0V1-D-V1--S1 (0-100CC), QUANTITY - 10 EACH; P/N: 840L-2-OV1-D-V1-S1 (0-500-CC), QUANTITY - 10 EACH; P/N: 840L-2-OV1-SV1-D-V1-S1 (0-5 SLPM), QUANTITY - 10 EACH; P/N: 840L-2-OV1-SV1-D-V1-S1 (0-10SLPM), QUANTITY - 10 EACH; P /N: 840L-2-OV1-SV1-D-V1-S1- (0-50SLPM), QUANTITY - 10 EACH; 840M-3-OV1-SV1-D-V1-S1 (0-100SLPM), QUANTITY - 10 EACH; P/N: 840F-4-OV1-D-V1-S1 (0-250SLPM), QUANTITY - 10 EACH; P/N: 840H-4-OV1-SV1-D-V1-S1 (0-500SLPM), QUANTITY - 5 EACH; AND P/N: CDCT (10-FOOT), QUANTITY - 85 EACH. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the Government's requirements. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
