Description

This Notice of Intent is a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This procurement is not reserved for Small Business. This proposed procurement will be awarded sole source to CBSS (College Bound Selection Service) and will be referenced with solicitation no.: FA7000-06-T-0059. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 8922, business size of $6M, and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 611710. Supplies and/or services are available from only one responsible source. No other type of supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Responses must be received no later than noon, MDT, Friday, April 7, 2006, stating that comparable supplies and/or services are available and would be more advantageous to the Government. 10 MSG/LGCB has a requirement for a Name List Database as follows: 1 EA 2007 Class, Junior Student?s Name List 1 EA 2008 Class, Sophmore Student?s Name List 1 EA 2009 Class, Freshman Student?s Name List 1 EA One time set up fee for student name list for all classes.
