- This sources sought announcement is issued for the purpose of identifying potential sources capable of performing IV&V for the DEAMS program. The DEAMS Program Management Office (PMO) is contemplating a single award for IV&V services for DEAMS Increment 1, Version 1.1 (the Technical Demonstration at Scott AFB, IL--see figure 1). Sources shall be able to demonstrate IV&V experience executing the full range of IV&V services and may include such areas as quality assurance, methodology evaluation, and the use of process modeling and simulation to validate business process reengineering. Experience should include but not be limited to Department of Defense (DoD), Financial Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) implementation in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment. Sources are encouraged to provide innovative approaches to providing COTS ERP IV&V services including the use of tools and proven methodologies to guide/govern their IV&V processes and activities
