- Description
- The 96th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract extension for the continuation of the contractor operation of an on-base parts store (COPARS) in support of the 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Eglin AFB FL. The period of performance will be 1 April 2006 to 30 June 2006, for a total performance period of three months. The award is to a small business, NAPA Supply of Grand Forks, Inc. P.O. Box 666, Crookston MN 56716, contract F08651-01-D-0003. Services under this contract consist of providing vehicle and miscellaneous equipment parts to maintain a Government fleet of approximately 1400 vehicles that range in diversity from sedans to heavy construction vehicles. Statutory authority for this sole source extension is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. No formal solicitation will result from this announcement.
