- Architect Engineering Services to include site investigations, cost estimates, preparation of complete construction drawings/specifications, site visits, and construction period services, as built drawings to "Upgrade Nursing Home HVAC" Location of project is at 1601 Kirkwood Highway, in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a small business set aside. Construction is estimated between $250,000 to $500,000. Firms will be evaluated on (1)Professional qualifications to perform the required services, (2) Specified experience and Technical competence in the type of work required, (3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time frames, (4) Past record of performance on contracts with Government Agencies, (5) Location in the general geographic area of the project. Interested firms must submit form 330 Architect Engineer Qualifications by April 25, 2006 at 2:00pm. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds.
