Description: VISN 3 Network & Logistics has a requirement for Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, software, firmware, hardware and supervision to clean, inspect, analyze, test, lubricate, adjust, calibrate, diagnose, repair and maintain all HVAC pneumatic/electronic/electric temperature, humidity, etc. controls, network routers, pc notebooks related to and including the Teletrol DDC HVAC control system as described in solicitation 10N3-149-06 for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. Period of performance shall be May 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006 with four (1) year options to extend the term of the contract. NAICS 238220, SIZE STANDARD $13.0 MIL. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business.
