- The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to award The Air Traffic Training Support (TSAT) contract to the Washington Consulting Group. The period of performance is for a base period of one year with a one year option. The TSAT contract will encompass training support services that include classroom training, simulation training, course development, course maintenance and revision as required by the FAA to achieve and maintain the required number of Certified Professional Controllers (CPCs).
