Description: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Chicago-Soft LTD., 6232 N. Pulaski Rd # 402, Chicago, IL 60646-5132 for maintenance of MVS/Quick Reference Software. Maintenance for 9,258 MPS Limited Enterprise License through 3/31/2007. The simplified acquisition procedures specified in FAR Part 13.0 will be utilized to acquire these items. The NAICS code is 511210. A firm Fixed Price purchase order is anticipated. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested.
