Description: Mosquito Ridge Road Chip Seal - Chip seal 7.87 miles of Mosquito Ridge Road from MP 1.62 to MP 9.49 (Circle Bridge) with an option item to chip seal another 1.47 miles from Circle Bridge to the intersection with Road 23. To reach the project from Auburn, Ca., travel east on Auburn-Foresthill Road approximately 17 miles to the intersection with FH 96. (Mosquito Ridge Road). Project begins at MP 1.62 on Mosquito Ridge Road. The government estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated start work date June 12, 2006, contract time 38 days. Bonding required. Estimated solicitation issue date is April 21, 2006.
