- PR RD05091080000, Sol. SP040706R1573, Cushion Thigh Support, NSN 1680-01-071-2402, P/N 128ES10070-5, MFR IAW Grumman Aerospace DWG 128ES10070, Rev F and applicable supports. Soliciting for an IQC, base + 4 years, EAD base year is 1300 each and EAD for option years is 1500 each. A Government First Article Test on 2 units is required, as well as production lot testing. Item is configuration and export controlled. 100% small business set-aside, FOB destination, I/A origin, 60 days ARO for the FAT, 60 days after FAT approval for the production lot test and 10 days to deliver the production units after PLT approval. Item is critical, but not CSI. An export control TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP request via the following websigte: https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If export control certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from Defense Logistics Services Center, www.dlis.dla.mil.
