- RD060380040000, NSN 1670-01-236-3820, Parachute Recovery Canopy Assembly. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Contractors must be on the Qualified Products List. Approved sources are 02693, 76301 and 77745. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for an estimated base year quantity of 1254 each and 712 each for each option year. This solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a Critical Safety Item. There is a Government First Article Test, Textile Samples and a Production Lot Sample Test requirements. Production delivery is 229 days after approvals. Solicitation will include ABVS and Options. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
