Description
Solicitation Number, SP0406-06-R-1739, YPG06013000775, NSN: 9150-00-149-7431, Hydraulic Fluid, Fire Resistant. This is a solicitation for a commercial item IAW FAR Part 12. This is solicited as 50% Small Business Set-Aside and will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Definite Quantity Contract. The purchase request quantity is 147,139 Quarts. The solicitation includes a 100% Quantity Option Provision. This is a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item The item description reflects that QPL Applies. Compatibility test will not be required as a quality conformance test. Government lot acceptance testing is required. This NSN is procured as Fully Competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specification/Standards And/Or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. The item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in mercury free drawing 13873-03-0001. The item description reflects this is in accordance with SPEC NR MIL-PRF-83282D. Type Number II Shelf Life 24 months. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. The solicitation is solicited with FOB at destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 203 applies. The requested delivery is 105 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on April 3, 2006 ? with a closing date of April 30, 2006.
