- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments on the concept paper from all interested parties. USAID/Colombia is currently working to define the terms of the Request for Proposals or “RFP” that will be issued later this year with respect to the 2006-2010 Human Rights Program in Colombia. We believe it is vitally important to consult Civil Society Organizations on this key issue. A number of consultative meetings are ongoing both in Colombia and in U.S, of which the recommendations and conclusions will be posted to this website. Input received will assist in determining if any Statement of Work (SOW) clarification/changes are needed. Please submit comments only by e-mail to sxavier@usaid.gov and ovallejo@usaid.gov no later that 10:00 a.m. on March 1, 2006. We will only respond to questions received after the RFP is released. The RFP is expected to be issued on or about mid April 2006 and will be distributed through the Federal Business Opportunities website of the General Services Administration. The publication of this notice or the RFP does not obligate the U.S. Government to make an award.
