Description

SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment. Contractor shall disassemble 7 modular workstations and place in storage as directed by the US Bankruptcy Court. Contractor shall remove 50 linear feet of existing modular counter and put in storage as directed by the US Bankruptcy Court. Contractor shall furnish and install approx. 144 square feet of 8? wide partition wall finished ready to paint. Contractor shall furnish and install approx. 192 square feet of 4? partition wall finished ready to paint. Contractor shall furnish and install all electrical receptacles, data boxes, as required by the US Bankruptcy Court. Contractor shall finish and paint all walls to match existing walls in space. Contractor shall furnish and install vinyl cove base to match existing. Contractor shall furnish and install paint grade 6? molded wood base. Contractor shall furnish and install approx. 144 linear feet of solid surface counter tops 2? wide. Color to be chosen by US Bankruptcy Court when project begins. Contractor shall furnish and install approx. 210 square feet of 3/8? Plexiglas with Aluminum frame. This will be 6 sections with aluminum frame around each section. Each section will have a pass thru cutout and also a speaker hole with cover. Bids are due by 2:00 pm on April 15, 2006 in the GSA office.
