Description

Provide all plant, labor, tools, parts, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary for the construction of an approximate 340 SF concrete masonry building with a pre-engineered structural metal seam roof, as well as install a new incinerator, extend the existing electrical, gas and sewer services. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the attached statement of work. The work is located at the National Eagle and Wildlife Repository which is located East of Denver, Colorado in a small town named Commerce City, CO. The performance period is 120 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. The solicitation was posted on Fed Biz Opps on March 14, 2006 and the closing date for the receipt of quotes is April 4, 2006. The solicitation will be available through the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://fbo.gov). Please note that the drawings and specifications will also be posted with the solicitation as a PDF file and will be available for download from the GPE. This acquisition is open to both large and small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a quote in response to subject solicitation.
