- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and personnel necessary in connection with the manufacture, delivery and unloading of six (6) mooring buoys. The supplier shall be resonsible for shipping and unloading s ix (6) buoys at J&S Contractors, Inc. marine storage yard in Freeport, Texas. Material handling equipment will be available to perform the unloading work at the storage yard. The buoys will be located as specified by the owner or his authorized represent ative. The supplier will be required to submit all required submittals along with the transmittal sheet ENG FORM 4025-R, Mar 95 within three weeks after issuance of this contract. The submittals should be addressed to ATTN: CESWG-OD-O, U.S. Army Engineer District, Galveston, P.O. Box 1229, Galveston, Texas 77553. The government will have two weeks to review and approve submittals. The buoys will be delivered not later than ninety (90) days after the government has approved the submittals. All perspec tive bidders must be CCR Registered. The website for this registration is www.ccr.gov. All bids are due by close of business, April 6, 2006.
