Description
Scheduling and operation of the teleconferencing studio/media centers: to include but not limited to scheduling of the conference room for all DVS calls, point-to-point calls, meetings, and briefings. The contractor shall facilitate each conference. To include but is not limited to setup and test all equipment, ensuring it is ready for use, and that connectivity to sites participating in the conference have been established. Operate cameras, VCR, printer, personal computer PC and any other equipment tied in to the VTC/DTV equipment. The facilitator will be on stand by to answer questions or offer assistance, or may need to establish links for audio add-in to the conference or DeskTop Video connectivity. The facilitator may be required to perform vide o signal switching from site to site as required during the conference. Contractor personnel will be required to have Secret security clearances to operat VENUS equipment for secured conferences. Troubleshooting may be required for connectivity to a conf erence, if audio of video signals are impaired. The Contractor will shedule maintenance and repaoro fo equipment using the Government's exisiting maintenance contracts for equipment. The contractor will be responsible for all scheduling of the VTC/DTV's/Me dia centers on the DOD Scheduling System. The Contractor will instruct the customers in how to use the equipment in the conference room i.e., view graph, computer, conference phones. The contractor should advise the customer on the use of appropriate graph ics and assist customer with positioning of audio-visual aids including, loading PC presentations, cuing the DVD/VCR or managing the digital presenter. Contractor will keep an auotomated inventory of video tapes that are checked out to each customer who re quests a video taped copy of the VTC they attended. Contractor will keep an automated log for each site. Other services that may be included are reproduction of photographic products, audio/visual information, graphic arts presentation, video production a nd duplication, broadcasts, desktop video conferences. This is anticipated to be a five-year Time and Materials type contract. The following information is hereby requeste: What is your capability and experience to provide these services?
