- Purchase of Commercial Service, (ROTC) Warrior Forge Yearbook, Base plus 3 Option Years. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized for this procurement. A request for quotations (RFQ) will be issued. The RFQ number is W911S8-06-T-0007. This requirement is set aside for small business. NAICS Code: 511199 with a size standard of 500 employees. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. All requests for th e RFQ must be e-mailed to Barbara.Kinnear@lewis.army.mil, providing the business size, Dun and Bradstreet number and Cage code, if available. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov to be considered for co ntract award. The request for quotation will be issued and available for download at the Fort Lewis Contracting Office web site located at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 3 April 2006.
