REQUEST FOR QUOTATION F3NF196068A100 The Department of the Air Force, USAFE, 38 CSW / 700th Contracting Squadron / LGCB has a requirement for a non-personal as described in paragraph 2. Repair or replace and install a 60 inch Plasma Monitor (NEC Manufacture, model PX-61XM3A) in room 16 at Ramstein Air Base. ii. Install a new Christie Roadster S6 projector and align it for excellent quality picture in Room 16. iii. Repair two backup Christie projectors according to manufacture?s specifications. 1.2 REQUIREMNTS: The equipment will be optimized electronically and mechanically in accordance with equipment manufactured specifications. The faulty equipment will be repaired and replaced as required according to the manufacture?s specifications. 1.3 HOURS OF OPERATION: The maintenance will be done during normal time from Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1600. The customer (facility manager) will take care (provide on-site security escort) for the service technicians and give them access to all equipment and their rooms. DELIEVERY: All delivery and maintenance actions must be coordinated with the facility manager. LOCATION: 435 CPTS Bldg 543, Ramstein AB, Germany. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: No Later than 8th April 06.
