DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Nonpersonal services to provide all labor, tools, parts, material, facilities, knowledge, and transportation required to rent a 16 ton forklift. 1.1 REQUIREMENTS: 1. The forklift is to be supplied with diesel engine and certified to be safe for operations. Most current UUV shall be no older than 4 weeks . In addition, delivery to US Depot Germersheim and pick up adfter rental period shall be the responsibility of the supplying vendor without additional cost other than the contract amount. 2. Forklift must have capacity to lift 17000 kg from groundlevel up to a height of 4750 mm. Forks shall be a minimum of 2400 mm in length, hydraulic fork spread is required to fit the pockets of 20 foot dcontainers. Thickness of forks shall be designed to fit into container poickets and extend through all three skids. 3. The driver?s cabin with full weather protection and heating system shall be included. 1.2 REPAIRS: All scheduled maintenance and UUV?s shall be included.
