- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) number 688-41-06. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-7 (b). The NAIC code for this solicitation is 811310. The small business size standard is 5 million dollars. Scope of Work: Provide all labor parts and equipment to perform annual inspection and field test on all Medical Gas outlet terminals (2092 total), 32 master alarms, 41 area alarms, 184 zone valves and all associated source equipment in three buildings to include Main Hospital, Nursing Home Care Unit and Renal Center. Contract will be one base year and four one year options to be exercised by the Government based on availability of funds. Contract work to be completed within 45 days of award. Option years will be annually on the same date in subsequent years.
