- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to enter into a Contract for 1. American Red Cross CPR cards 18,000ea. 2..Americna Red Cross Preventing Disease Transmission Manual Stock number 655107 Meets ECC2005 Standards total of four delivery dates beginning 11/01/2006 each delivery will be 50pkg. 3?American Red Cross Basic Water Rescue 168ea. 4?.American Red Cross Quick Reference Guide meets ECC 2005 standards total of four deliveries during FY07 1625 each delivery. This synopsis is a notice of intent to award under full and open competition and should be viewed as a request for competitive proposals. All responses received by the date identified above will be considered by the Government.The following provisions in their latest editions will apply to the solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items with addendum that the Government will not pay taxes where an exemption applies; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items. The following additional clauses therein apply: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer ? Central Contractor Registration. All potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration System.
