- Stoller-Navarro Joint Venture (SNLV) in the performance of Prime Contract No. DE-AC52-03NA99205 with the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration/Nevada Site Office (NNSA/NSO), will be soliciting an Indefinite Delivery ? Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Commercial ?Technical Professional Services Subcontract which will consist of the following: Development and presentation of Data Quality Objectives; Work Plan Development and Implementation; Field Project Planning package and Readiness Process Package; Data Base Management, Field Project Supervision; Conduct Technical Field Work and Sampling; Health and Safety Support; Interpreting Geophysical Data; Boring Log Classification; Characterization Report Preparation; Preliminary Assessment; Specialized Technical Support; Application System Analyst//User Service Specialist; Desktop Publishing; Technical Editing; Graphics Arts; Geographical Information Systems Drafters; Records Coordinator; Librarian; Receptionist. The period of performance will start on (to be determined based upon date of award) and ending September 30, 2006 and two one year options, October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 and October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. SNJV may award more than one subcontract under this solicitation. SNJV encourages teaming in an effort to obtain applicable skills and experience relative to NNSA/NSO. The solicitation/RFP will be issued electronically and will be available from the SNJV web site at https://www.Stoller-Navarro.com. on or about April 11, 2006.
