- This project is located at the Batterson Work Center approx. 2 miles north of the community of Oakhurst along State Hwy 41. This project includes the construction of a Mess Hall. The work includes but is not limited to the site preparation, site accessibility improvements, New building construction, and new interior furnishings with improvements as shown or indicated in the drawings and specifications. Note: The following bid options are included in this project, see detailed information in Section 01110, 1.1.1 Project Description. Option No. 1 - Replace vented rigid roof insulation construction specified in Section 07220 and mineral fiber blanket insulation specified in Section 07212. Option No. 2 - Install upper kitchen cabinets in kitchens No 02 and 04. Op;tion No. 3 - Construct Bath House as shown in drawings and specifications. Estimated date to start work: May 15, 2006. Contract time is 150 days. Govt. Price Range: $250,000 to $500,000. Pre-bid tour: to be determined by the Contracting Officer
