- Solicitation Number, SP0406-06-Q-9498, YPG05295000686, NSN: 9150-00-181-8229, Lubricating Oil, Engine. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 3600 CN. Unit Can Contains 5 Gallons. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a Military/FederalSpecification/Standards and/or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-9000H(SH). BASIC DTD 87 Sep 16. I/A/W Std NR MIL-STD-290F. REFNO DTD 00 Jul 17. Amend NR DTD Type Number II Shelf Life 24 Months. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QPL Applies. QAP 193 applies. Requested delivery is 60 days ARO. This RFQ will not contain progress payments and is being solicited with a 100% option. As of 12/20/2005 this item is not a Critical Safety Item. The previous LTC expired on 09/10/2005 and there is no new LTC in progress. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance,and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on March 22, 2006 - with a closing date of March 29, 2006.
