- Questions/Answers: 1.Can you verify that a concrete slab will be required underneath the pavilion and is to be the same size and shape as the pavilion? Yes a concrete slab is required and it is to be the same size and shape as the pavilion. 2.What is the type of reinforcements, the thickness, and the type of concrete required? What ever is recommended by the manufacturer of the pavilion being proposed to in your bid. 3.Can you confirm that power & water is available at no additional cost to the successful contractor? Yes both are available to the successful contractor at no extra cost. 4.Are bore logs available? No bore logs are available for this site however Civil Engineering consulted their records and area maps and has giving the site where the pavilion is to be constructed digging clearance and will be on hand through out the construction to inspect and map for their records ofr future projects. 5.Will your response delay the bid opening, currently scheduled for the close of business (5PM) Friday, Feb 10 2006? No all bids are still due on Friday, Feb 10 2006 at 5pm (PST). 6. Will you be sending out quote or bid sheets/forms? No, a quote given on company letterhead with all back up documentation is sufficient. Backup documentation examples being pavilion model/type proposed, table model/type proposed, warranty information of shelter/tables, schedule of work, etc. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-FEB-2006).
