- The purposes of this modification are: 1) NAICS Code 518210 clarification: SBA restrictions on the NAICS Code (518210) used in this notice are not applicable to the USPS. USPS is not subject to the FAR or SBA acquisition/purchasing guidelines. 2) Interested Vendor List: (IVL): DO NOT REGISTER IN THE IVL to receive a copy of the solicitation. The IVL was enabled by mistake. All interested suppliers must follow the instructions in the notice to apply for prequalification to receive the solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-OCT-2005).
