Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Atlanta, Georgia, intends to make an award for the provision of maintenance sevices for eight (8) elevators for the United States Penitentiary, 601 McDonough Blvds.S.E., Atlanta, Georgia. The contract type is a Firm-fixed price contract. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government. The contract shall consist of a 12 month base period and the possibility of four twelve month option period. The solicitation shall be available on or about December 21, 2005. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is January 13, 2006. The solicitation is set aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333921 and the applicable bussiness size standard is 500 employees. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Faithbased and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
