- This Solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity(ID/IQ)contract. This contract is to secure services for tree planting and related reforestation services on the Lassen, Plumas, and Modoc National Forests. Related reforestation services may include, but are not limited to, vexar work and conifer release. The Contractor shall, consider given resource objectives for the work unit, develop a plan of operations to accomplish the necessary work, and organize and direct all operations. The Contractor shall provide everything--including but not limited to all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision--necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. This Solicitation will be available for electronic download on or around February 2, 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-JAN-2006).
