- The USPTO has identified a business need for an electronic system that accurately captures and reports meter counts for both connected and non-connected USPTO copiers of various makes and models. The accurate capture and reporting of copier meters will enable the USPTO to monitor both billing and product optimization by maintaining up to date and acurate meter history and forecasting. The USPTO intends to award a sole-source, one responsible source, firm fixed price contract for the above need. This will be a one-year contract with four one-year options. This requirement is set-aside for a small business. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-FEB-2006).
