- Description
- NAVAIR NAWCAD Lakehurst intends to contract on a sole source basis with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office (JPO) for systems engineering support for the V-22 Peculiar Support Equipment currently ordered under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-03-G-0007. The Government intends to fulfill this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304?(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Section 6.302-1. The requirement consists of in-plant support and involves access to proprietary aircraft information. Bell-Boeing is the only source possessing the requisite system knowledge, engineering expertise, aircraft integration information, and technical data required for successful performance.
