The U.S. Army Communication Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CE-LCMC), anticipates a requirement for a new contract to replace Contract DAAB07-00-E-K001 to continue to maintain the Gove rnment owned equipment at Raytheon Systems Company at Goleta, California.
