You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-B, Ronald Hughes, Contract Specialist, or Geraldine Williams, Contracting Officer, FAX number 2 56-955-8601. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: AX6T1051, NSN: 2915-01-171-7781, PN: 4068T55G02, Quantity: 80 each minimum/400 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Turbine Engin e (T-700). FOB Origin with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 80 each, 135 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 78 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 80 each, 90 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to General Electric Company, Cage Code 99207 and Arkwin Industries, Inc., Cage Code 98391 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in orde r to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requ irements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessin g the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated da te and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective e mbassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
