Description
The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration Academy (FAAA), Contract & Program Administration, Out-Of-Agency Training Team (AMA-260), has an annual requirement for Bell Helicopter 222/230 Initial, Recurrent, and Supplementary Pilot Qualification Training. DOT/FAA anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract with firm-fixed-pricing consisting of a base year and two renewable 1-year options. Estimated Annual Requirement (EAR) is one Initial and one Recurrents with Supplementary Training on an as needed basis. To be considered qualified, each offeror must possess an applicable training program approved under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 121, or FAR Part 135, or, a training course approved under FAR Part 141 or FAR Part 145 for the aircraft identified herein. National Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611512. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Screening Information Request (SIR), Request for Offer (RFO) from the Internet. If downloading is not possible, all requests for a copy of the SIR should be submitted in writing either via facsimile (405-954-3030) or via my E-Mail address. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. All requests should be submitted to Steve Cundiff and reference SIR: DTFAAC-06-R-01897. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: DOT, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
