Description

The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price order on a sole source basis under simplified acquisition procedures to the Environmental Systems Research Institute to provide ArcGIS maintenance support services to NOAA's division of National Ocean Service for a 12 month period. Notwithstanding the Government's intent to negotiate for this requirement on a sole source basis with Environmental Systems Research Institute, responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by NOAA. Responses must be received within 15 days of the posing of this notice.
