Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CLARIFY THAT CLIN 0005 IS FOR A JACKET AND NOT A VEST. ALSO, ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS ARE INCLUDED FOR EACH OF THE CLINS LISTED BELOW. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), Virginia Beach, Virginia intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Wild Things, 1618 White Mountain Highway, North Conway, NH 03860 for the procurement of the following products: CLIN 0001 Level 4 Navy Pretorian/Epic Windshirt (Medium: 20 each; Large: 40 each; X-Large: 30 each; XX-Large: 10 each)- no insulation CLIN 0002: Level 4 Navy Pretorian/Windpant (Medium: 20 each; Large: 40 each; X-Large: 30 each; XX-Large: 10 each) - no insulation CLIN 0003: Level 7 Navy Mountain/Rip/PrimaLoft Hood Jacket (Medium: 20 each; Large: 40 each; X-Large: 30 each; XX-Large: 10 each) - 6 oz. insulation CLIN 0004: Level 7 Navy Mountain/Rip/PrimaLoft Pants (Medium: 20 each; Large 40 each; X-Large: 30 each; XX-Large: 10 each); 6 oz. insulation CLIN 0005: Level 7 Navy Pretorian/PrimaLoft Jacket (Medium: 20 each; Large: 40 each; X-Large: 30 each; XX-Large: 10 each) - 3 oz. insulation Wild Things, Inc. exclusively developed and fielded testing of this equipment. Wild Things, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for this equipment. Required delivery date is 31 March 2006. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or about 17 March 2006.
