- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Colonial Assembly & Design LLC. The contractor shall provide services to replace the current IPV BCA Power Boards. The IPV BCA Power Boards must be compatible with existing hardware and software. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
